Welcome! to My Camp Grimes, Mecklenburg County Council's online summer camp information site. One of North Carolina's finest Boy Scout Camps, Camp Grimes is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camp Grimes is part of the Mecklenburg Scout Reservation and is owned and operated by the Mecklenburg County Council, Boy Scouts of America, Charlotte NC.

From the Camp Director

Welcome from the Camp Grimes Staff. We are currently building and training for the new ATV program. We are also waiting for the final requirements for the 2010 only merit badges. Campsite shelters are being built in sites 3, 5, and 6, and will be ready for summer camp. Also, we are ordering the supplies we need to insure that you have a great stay with us this summer.

During March, all troops should be entering their roster into the camp database. Sign up for merit badges will begin April 1.
